Great value accommodation

Serviced apartments in a multi-occupancy large building. Small car park.
真實評價

10/10 完美

I have never had such good sleep outside my home. We had an excellent experience here. The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Sheffield and highly recommend it to others. We had a top tier stay and were honestly blown away, everything exceeded our expectations.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

Do not book this hotel. This is a serious review after we felt that the hotel was unsafe for 2 female friends, looking for accommodation close to an event in the city. The hotel is not secure, groups of men in the car park, room not locked on arrival with ground floor windows open, discarded medication in the carpark. We did not stay and booked a last minute hotel. I have requested a full refund.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Toilet hadn’t been flushed from previous guest. Shower had great temp, though not great pressure. WiFi only worked in one room. Couldn’t figure out how to work the electric hob, rest of kitchen was good. Only one towel provided for two guests. Beds were comfy.

6/10 不錯

Agree with other reviews regarding the description. Though of a reasonable standard it is not acceptable to describe the room as superior, with curtains hanging off the rails. Communication was also lacking with no code given to the entrance out of hours and nobody on reception when checking out. Though there is a landline and mobile number to call, there was no answer.
真實評價

4/10 尚可

Felt a bit miss-sold, a 2 bedroom apartment which is basically a 1 bedroom, and a bed in a hallway. Hotel also didn’t give us the code, so we couldn’t get in, so spent an hour stood outside without a way of getting in. Fortunately some other guests arrived and let us in, or we’d have been out there all night….!
