First time in my life experience i am writing a negotive review. It is been the most worst hotel and service we ever been.
Been there with my family united. Without discribing our hurting feeling which we get through our ruined vacation will be describe just facts of the experience we get....
About the room: the barthroom been incrediable dirty , the walls over there been looks like someone smashed some dirt from upside down, electric been blinking like in disco bar , we didnt have a hot water for 2 days and coudnt take a shower after a long flight because it was also chill weather that time and taking a cold shower wasnt been pleasant. We been keep asking entire the day to bring a second blanket to sleep only by midnight get one . Dont even try to call to reception from you room- nobody will pick it up the phone. You have to go downstairs to talk to them if you AC doesnt work, no hot water , no blankets to warm up, only 1 key per room so you have to figure out your vacation how to manage it if you decide to come there not alone... the room wasnt been clean up once for 4 days! Toilet paper been finished day one , you have to go to downstairs to ask it again. When there are water running through it is creates pressure with according loud sound so there are no way anyone can sleep during that or even stay around.
Managment is a special topic. When we came to reception at the very first day to ask for all above subject can fixed they say let us check we you are leaving
