They came to the airport and picked me up in a nice car. Mina the manager is very helpful. He will try to help above and beyond any of manager. Breakfast was good. If on e item runs out, they replace it

Chambre confortable et personnel très accueillant — c’est le point fort de cet établissement. Malheureusement, pour 100 $/nuit — tarif élevé pour l’Égypte — nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude de toute la matinée, malgré un signalement à la réception qui nous a assurés que ça reviendrait. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Pas de shampoing ni de savon non plus en chambre. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais manque de variété pour ce niveau de prix. Dommage, car le cadre et l’accueil méritaient mieux.

The hotel is really cleam, very comfortable and facilities are new. Staff are very polite and they really try their best to help. The dinning area i clean and good are kept covered. Breakfast can have a bit more in terms of options The only issue I have is that we booked a room for 5. We had 4 beds and a sofa bed. I personally don't think a sofa bed with no mattress on it counts as a bed. The pool was also not very clean. Looks like it doesn't get used much . The hotel is located in a residential areas, so not much to do in the immediate area.

The hotel was fine - not super clean, but the staff were very very friendly and accommodating and the room was quite large. The building was new, but not very well-built. You could hear every, single thing outside the room, especially street noise. Thankfully, it was on a quiet street. There was also a strong mould smell in the bathroom and the shower door didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded whenever it was on. However, the biggest problem were the blue lights on the ceiling. There were three of them over the bed and you couldn’t switch them off. They were absolutely blinding. Also, nb - Sheraton is an area of Cairo, and not affiliated with the brand.
