Front staff very helpful. However, the room was very dirty and the carpet had not been vacuumed for some time.

The room wasn’t as clean as I had hoped it smelled like sweat & kinda moldy beds worried me , carpet was dirty. I asked them to change the sheets bc they smelled like BO. they changed them for us. the sliding door broke when we tried to open it. A/c didn’t work to good .We went to the restaurant bar next door it was nice there was pros and cons here. It’s no frills for sure but the price was right & the staff was friendly.

Staff was amazing located in a quiet area there were a few small things like the bathroom and sliding doors were hard to open and close but nothing major would definitely stay again if we come back down

Yes everything was fine for a one night stay. Nothing fancy but we just needed a bed for a night so it worked out fine.

Front desk girl named Chai was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. She was the best at making sure you had a pleasant stay! Nice outdoor pool but a lot for stairs to get to front desk. Hotel is located behind the Radisson Hotel Louisville North which I stayed at the night before. I preferred this hotel over the Radisson, especially with the money you save.
