Ac and shower was great after a long week in the islands . Staff very nice . They sent out my laundry great price . Pool was a nice addition. Only reason not 5 stars is because elevator was broke and carrying luggage to floor 3 was hot and hard. Location is great food and fun and beach right there

The Hotel OR is a great option to stay because tourists will be taken care of in a good way and tourists will have that piece of mind to go walk around the amazing places that the beautiful Cartagena has.

Nice street view from balcony (but I think only two apartments with balcony so maybe I got lucky). Breakfast is purposely cooked for you and good quality, so not unlimited buffet. Central, lots to do nearby, near restaurants, transport, beach, gym, shops. Cooler and fridge in room was surprisingly good. Secure building because no visitors allowed and reception very small. Very noisy area nearly all night/morning, no blackout blinds, no “do not disturb/clean” tag for door, none of the staff speak basic level of English. Overall, you get what you pay for (so don’t compare to Hilton or Caribe down the road) and if you don’t mind the night noise and speak a little Spanish then a good choice for travelling on a budget and I would return but most probably bring something to temporarily blackout windows.

Cobran un valor adicional de iva sobre el valor pagado inicialmente cuando uno llega a realizar el check in. Asi mismo las instalaciones como paredes estan sucias, el aire no ventila correctamente. Uno solicita cambio de habitación y no lo hacen. Finalmente mi calificación es pesima en un hotel que cobran $ 230.000 por noche.

Terrible no se parece a las fotos publicadas, no te permiten tomar bebidas calientes y frías es decir solo una bebida, la nevera en el cuarto no funciona, la puerta del baño no se puede cerrar, no se siente seguro, la piscina está en mantenimiento, el ascensor no llega hasta el restaurante, en fin el hotel está lleno de problemas

This hotel has its pros and cons: Pros: -If you're seeking an affordable place within a short walking distance to the beach, this hotel is an excellent choice. Boca Grande beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away. -The neighborhood is safe and offers convenient access to amenities like banks, shops, and restaurants. It's also easy to find transportation to the city center within 10-20 minutes. Cons: - While they provide daily room cleaning, the sheets won't be changed unless you specifically request it. - The air conditioning doesn't have an automatic shut-off, leading to uncomfortably cold nights, especially since there are no comforters. - Curiously, they keep tight control over the towels, as if they're afraid they'll be stolen. Your towels often disappear as soon as you step out. - The hotel enforces numerous rules, giving the impression of being confined in a restrictive environment such as a jail. For each visitor you have, there's a charge of 70,000 COB before they're allowed to enter your room. This policy applies even if it's just a brief 1-hour massage, which can become quite costly if you have many friends visiting. Additionally, the staff's attitude towards visitors can be quite impolite. - Complimentary bottled water is not provided. - The breakfast experience is quite underwhelming and minimal. However, considering the price you pay, it's acceptable. In conclusion, I would not choose to stay there again. Best of luck in your decision-making.

No está mal pero deben mejorar alguna cosas! Me ubicaron en el 4to piso y las empleadas a las 6am mueven mesas y arrastrando sillas todos los días! me despertaban porq se escucha todo abajo, toalla rotas y no dejaron shampo, el desayuno lo preparan al momento que lo pides y hace Que pierdas el tiempo si tienes prisa
