Staff was very helpful on how to navigate going through Sauder Village. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking on site. The restaurant and bakery were excellent. The warm breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, everything tasted great! Would definitely stay here again!

First time staying here, will definitely be back in the future, not just for the hotel but to also try out the campground in the future. Pools big, great fitness room also. Room is the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great for my husband and kiddo, need more gluten free options other than yogurt, coffee, and juices, but it was still a good breakfast.

We’ve stayed here quite a few times but first time booking this through the hotels.com app. We used to live in the area and always stay here when we come home to visit family. Nice hotel, comfy beds, big rooms if it’s in the old part, breakfast is ok, staff is always nice.

The Heritage Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and hot tup are well cared for and the hot tub is actually hot. Breakfast is very well done with a number of choices and there is hot coffee all the time. Definitely a 5 star.

Just a lovely setting. They have a huge, beautiful artificial tree in the center of their breakfast area. The exercise room has big picture windows overlooking the tree and the pool. They have a free game room with ping pong, air hockey, etc. The only problem is that they don't know how to make a good cup of coffee

The pool and spa area were lovely. The hotel is dated and guest rooms and bathrooms are old. There are very few food options in the hotel or around the area. There is very little information available at check in about the food options as well. We were surprised to find out the only restaurant on premises closed at 7pm.

Only unclean area we saw was the refrigerator. Everything else was spotless. Love all the social areas. Continental breakfast was very good. Staff was terrific. This was our second stay here. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Pool was a bit crowded but big and clean. Temp on pool and hot tub good. Short toilet in room which made it hard to get up and down off of it.The breakfast was very disappointing. No potatoes and every meat and gravy made of pork. The rest was sugar and gluten. So if you are looking for anything quality to eat, skip the breakfast. No teas after 10am so unless you drink only coffee you are out of luck. Coffee was not good either. It used to be Ekberts but it has been changed to something AWEFUL. Even my husband didn't like it. For a classy place they need a better food management.
