The location of this hotel was everything for us. The neighborhood is very safe, restaurants and cafes near by, one block away from the Metro station and few blocks away from main attractions. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned properly and we were even allowed to ccheck in early for free 😊 Ignacio, the hotel manager was very informative and friendly. The room we stayed in was a bit small but I guess this is what you get in Europe the bathroom was clean.

Such a great hotel for a good price, exactly what we needed for 4 nights in Amsterdam. The room with two twin beds was small but the beds were comfortable and the size was not really an issue even with two adults. The location was also great: tons of restaurants nearby, right next to a tram and metro stop, 15 min walks to both Heineken Experience and Rijksmuseum.
