The hotel has a good location and the rooms are a good size, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
When I arrived, the shower head was not working. I contacted the staff and they came to repair it. After that, however, the shower only had extremely hot water and no cold water, so I had to call them again to fix that issue as well.
The most frustrating problem was that there was no phone in the room during my entire stay. I asked four separate times for them to bring a phone, but it never happened. Because of this, anytime I needed anything from the hotel, I had to physically go down 10 floors to speak with reception.
Breakfast was also very limited and clearly understaffed. Many tables were left dirty, and guests had to wait until a staff member had time to clean them. Basic items were frequently missing as well—there were no coffee cups at times and no forks, and we had to wait for staff to replenish them.
The location and room size were good, but the lack of basic service and repeated operational issues made the stay much less comfortable than it should have been.
