Lovely property but we stayed more than 2 weeks and there was no cleaning included in all that time. I know this is not like a hotel but we’ve stayed at serviced apartments that have at least once a week cleaning or every 3 days. We are paying the daily rate same as any traveler that stays for a night or a few. Other than that, we felt safe there and the apartment was spacious.

The room was perfect very spacious , super clean and all the amenities you need . The staff were very friendly , always happy to help . There are some restaurants and cafes near by and a supermarket just a short walk away. It’s very easy to access the tram and metro with the navigli area just a short tram ride away.

The room was kept very clean. Despite the extreme heat outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it a relief to return to the room. The location is excellent, with convenient public transport and easy access to anywhere. It is also very convenient as there is a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. On the first night, the guests next door (possibly a group) were having a big party with loud music. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even past midnight. However, when I called the front desk, they handled the situation quickly and properly. I am a bit sensitive to noise, so those who are similar might also notice a little bit of sound from outside. Although it is an apartment-style accommodation, it has a washing machine and a 24-hour front desk, which was incredibly helpful for a long-term business traveler like me. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next business trip.

Excellent stay, but cleaning needs serious improvement I had a really enjoyable stay at Seety Porta Romana. The property is in a fantastic location, the apartment was comfortable, modern and well presented, and the overall experience was very positive. I would definitely consider staying here again because of the quality of the accommodation and the convenient location. However, there was one major issue that really disappointed me: there was absolutely no cleaning or housekeeping provided throughout my entire stay. I stayed for several days and the apartment was never cleaned, bins were not emptied, and there was no housekeeping service at any point. For the standard and price of the accommodation, I expected at least some basic cleaning during the stay. This was particularly disappointing because everything else about Seety Porta Romana was excellent. With a proper housekeeping service included during longer stays, this would have been a near-perfect experience. Overall, I really liked the property and would happily return, but the lack of cleaning throughout the entire stay needs to be addressed.

Had a room at the front of the hotel, very noisy in the evening as there’s a restaurant under the hotel which gives lots of cigarette smoke too if you like your window open. Noisy neighbours, too, suspect they might actually live in the adjacent rooms as opposed to using them as a hotel, as they seemingly have their friends around.

The property itself is beautiful very stylish, modern, and clearly newly refurbished. The rooms are exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine, kitchen facilities, and a fridge. Access to the gym was also a great bonus. The location is excellent, situated in a lovely area with easy access to transport links, making it simple to get around Milan. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were amazing throughout our stay. They were friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely deserving of 5 stars. The main downside was that check-in and check-out times were enforced very strictly. We were allowed to leave our bags and go out before check-in, which we appreciated, but our room wasn’t ready until around 3:40pm despite the official check-in time being 3pm. Check-out was also strictly at 11am. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was disappointing. She came across as condescending and unfriendly on several occasions. While waiting for staff to bring our luggage up at check-out, we were told we couldn’t leave a small bag of souvenirs on a table because it was “her office”. We also noticed other guests had their bags brought up from storage while we were asked to collect ours ourselves from downstairs. We had also specifically chosen the property because it was listed as child-friendly, so repeatedly being told to stop our children playing in the lobby felt harsh
