Always return to the Mercure in Koh Samui. Great location a stone away from the busy nightlife and restaurants. Beach is excellent and water is always clear. Staff are always warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Mercure Chaweng Tana Beach. Es hat ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ein herausragendes Design und Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal und liegt am schönsten Abschnitt des Chaweng. Schwierig war bei diesen Aufenthalt, dass Regeln wie kein Essen von außerhalb des Hotels zu verzehren oder das Rauchverbot auf den Balkonen nicht eingehalten und auch nicht durch das Personal konsequent eingefordert wurde.

An exceptional stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, every area is perfectly maintained. The staff are remarkably kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and delicious. The bar offers a very pleasant atmosphere with impeccable service, excellent food and cocktails. Our room with see view was really nice and very comfortable. A perfect experience from start to finish.

Our room was fabulous, as was the hotel overall. The pool area was large, meaning it never felt over crowded, and led out to a really good size private beach. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, changing daily, and the restaurant menu has enough to keep things varied for a few days.

Von A bis Z ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren top sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super. Es war alles frisch und appetitlich angerichtet. Pool und Strand waren in Schuss und Liegen, obwohl früh morgens schon von einigen Deppen reserviert, wegen genug vorhanden. Das einzige, was es zu meckern gäbe, wäre das Verhalten einiger Hotelgäste, die der Meinung waren, das Hotel gehöre ihnen und ihren Sitz-/Liegeplatz in einen Saustall verwandelt haben. Wir fühlten uns trotzdem dort pudelwohl und kommen wieder!

Not too far away from the airport, everything was good and beautiful. The only are for improvement is the restaurant food but that being said.. the bars are gorgeous and there a lot food options outside
