Too noisy - asked for a quiet room and was put on street side 9th floor right below a night flu’s subwoofer that went non-stop until 2am. Then the trains street side started at 5am. Great staff, super friendly but not a place where you can actually sleep - more like a nightclub with bedrooms attached.

This is actually the first I'm hearing about it, but I have to say it again: that hotel? It's got such a cool vibe. Seriously, from the moment you walk up to the check-in counter, through the bar area, and even just looking around the hotel itself, it's all just really well done. It feels like they put a lot of thought into the design. The staff really made the place, honestly. It had such a great feel to it, you know? You could see them bustling around the hotel and bar, and they just looked genuinely pleased to be there, with real smiles. I'd absolutely return, no question.

The only problem I had was the FIFTA Soccer semifinals where held the day I was to check in and all streets to the hotel were blocked by the police because of the celebration. I was not able to get to my room until after midnight. This after a long day in the air.

Great vibe in this hotel, super clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request. Lobby bar and lobby area was so pleasant to just chill and have a drink. Elevators were fast, never waited. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom was bright, large and clean with a rain shower. The only downside was no ice machine, but the bar staff was always willing to give us cups of ice.

Had no clue there was breakfast, check in was confusing because its behind the bar unless you know that you walk around for 10 minutes and ask. The club on the top floor stayed open until about 130/2 am and being put in a room on the 7th floor is extremely loud.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been to in Atlanta. Was told at check in, I could park across the street overnight with access to come and go. Not true. Paid each time I entered. They held the rooftop hostage as if it was really a sight to see. Very boring with obscured views. Rooms are really small. No fridge, no microwave. The city view was a view of the top of many buildings not the one I was expecting. The train near by, very loud. The restaurant on the inside was a 2/10. They squeezed all my food onto one plate, I guess expecting for me to eat out my hands. One and done, I would never go back here. I do not recommend.

First off, the room was clean and smelled good, which I appreciated. I get the modern trendy vibe they are going for with this hotel, but I'd say before you try to be trendy, you first need to cover the basics. And this hotel has a few problems with basics. First, there was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffeemaker in the room. You have to go downstairs to the front desk for any of that. No ice buckets in the rooms or ice machine on the floor either. For that you have to go downstairs to the front desk. The TV in the room was mounted on the wall at an extremely odd 60 degree from center viewing angle relative to the bed. Also my room's door did not close completely on it's own. I had to remember force it closed every time. The room had minimal storage. Literally one drawer available for clothes under the bed, no other drawer space in the room. The staff were nice, but seemed like they had to keep up with too much, again because of all the stuff like ice and coffee that they had to handle personally for every single guest, rather than letting the guests do it themselves like every other hotel I've ever stayed in. These are all things I could possibly deal with if it were a cheap hotel, but I paid $500 a night, so I suppose I expected a bit more. On the upside, the hotel is walkable to lots of restaurants, downtown, and the aquarium, so it had location going for it. That said, I'll probably stay elsewhere the next time I visit Atlanta.
