It was a nice place to stay. Fairly central. Easy to get from the place to dinner and other attractions. Only saw staff to check in and pay city tax, otherwise no interaction. They were helpful and stored our bags before the rooms were ready so we could go out for the day which was great and helpful. Simple spaces but clean and tidy and just what is needed after a long day of travel.

This place is very central to everything close to the Colosseum close to the Metro pretty much close to everything. Vecchia roma restaurant is around the corner so are many other restaurants. The room was a decently sized except for we had two twin beds we had to push together. The bathroom was quite small, and the showerhead was having its own process. But other than that, it was a great place to stay, especially for the price if you are in Rome and want to stay somewhere central where you can easily walk around I will highly recommend this place.

Right outside of the hotel door there were people that were passed out. Very unsafe location and hotel was extremely dirty. The beds were hard as a rock. Still waiting for Expedia to refund me for this hotel. Pictures are not the same as the hotel, it promoted having AC which is as very important to me at a time where there are heat warnings throughout all of Europe, safe to say there was no working AC at all. I ended up leaving this hotel within 15 minutes of being there. Don’t promote amenities that do not work!!

Definitely a one star hotel, however, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal. Easy walk from the train station, into town and to restaurants. Our only complaint was the difficulty trying to access the building from the street.

When in Rome do as Romans do, great place to stay in the middle of all the action just don’t expect a five star hotel. Good hotel with excellent staff just not all the bells and whistles of an “American” hotel. Still it is well priced considering the proximity to a lot of tourist sites. I would recommend this hotel to if you want to save some money and yet stay in a great location while traveling to Rome.

I had very much difficulty with trying to get my codes so I can get into the building. The app didn’t accept my info. Communication was poor between the building and me. When I finally got there, there were three codes to get into my room, which makes it much complicated. The instructions given via WhatsApp were incorrect. It’s not a hotel managed by a 24 hour staff which causes problems. Also, the room is just a room, hostel like.
