Apesar da boa localização, em frente ao metrô, nao ha portaria 24 hrs, a limpeza do quarto é inadequadas nao houve reposição de papel hugienico e de sabonetes,

Definitely a one star hotel, however, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal. Easy walk from the train station, into town and to restaurants.
Our only complaint was the difficulty trying to access the building from the street.

Kamer was klein, maar schoon. Goede bedden, en alle extra's zoals koffie, thee en badkamer extra's werden dagelijks aangevuld. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.

It was difficult to communicate with the people managing the check-in process, which was an issue as the check-in process is complicated.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
I stay in Rome once a month for business, I book through Expedia and stay at multiple locations.
This hotel did not give me the access code they promised (because they have very limited check in times) so i could not gain access to the building and therefore the room I paid for.
After several attempts to contact them I eventually gave up and booked another hotel, fully expecting that they would of course refund the booking.
They REFUSED, on top of which Expedia replied to my request for the booking to be credited (as I book through them every month) by saying "we asked the hotel for a refund and they said no" sorry.
Absolutely unacceptable! (Oh and by the way I work in hospitality)
