The staff is exceptional,. They were all friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my room fridge and the staff moved me to another beautful room with an ocean view. We loved it so much we extendex our stay for another week. It is very close to downtown, the port and yaht haven. I thank the staff for their care and support. The one thing I would change is to have had more support at brunch. There was one person who was attending the bar and waiting tables which had us waiting too long so we left and ate else where.

This was a great resort with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food at the restaurant was great and the service was fab! (Make sure to sit in Reese's section!) The front desk staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and the girl in the gift store was so friendly, I think her name was Denise. Highly recommend for a fun trip away.

I did not require a shuttle. The kitchen area had wverything you needed to prepare a meal. The restroom was clean. Overall, everything was nice!

Cute cats running around. Good amenities in the rooms. Pool is warm. Staff is kinda rude. Room wasn’t available upon check in, despite being sent away earlier and told it would be at 4. Good views. Okay food at the restaurant. Quiet at night.

There was a nice view from both the hotel shared areas and the room. The kitchenette with mini fridge and the washer and dryer were helpful. The room was clean but smelled of bleach and the floors were a little sticky from the recent cleaning, so we wanted to leave the slider door open to air it out but there was no screen door to stop bugs from entering with it open. Our TV had no signal so we were unable to use it. The restaurant service was okay. The location is very convenient to the airport and to downtown. Would be happy to stay again for a travel day, as we did, but not throughout one's vacation.
