계단식 논이 보이는 뷰가 정말 최고입니다. 머무는 내내 행복했습니다. 그리고 호텔스닷컴 시스템문제로 첫쨋날 잘못된방에 배정됐는데 화장실이 밖에있는 방이었습니다. 다른분들한테는 이런일이 일어나지 않았으먄 좋겠습니다. 가족들과 여러명이 가신다면 발코니가있는 패밀리룸은 피하세요. 방음이 전.혀. 안됩니다. 화장실이나 샤워실도 밖에있고 먼지도 꽤 많았습니다. 패밀리스위트를 추천합니다. 방3개 샤워실3개의 훌륭한 객실입니다. 먼지는 마찬가지로 많습니다만 견딜만합니다. 모든 단점을 다 극복할만큼 계단식 논 뷰가 정말 엄청납니다. 정말 최고였고 행복한 시간이었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 여기가신다면 후회는 안하실거에요.

About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Seldom do the pictures on the website match the real thing. Sepana is the exception. The view of the rice terraces are incredible. Just as fabulous as in their website. In fact, tour groups stop at Sepana for the view. It’s a 10 minute scooter ride into town but easily manageable with a scooter service You don’t even need a guide to hike the rice terraces. One of the trails begins at the hotel and lead you down to the bridge that crosses over the river into the rice terraces.

Great room with absolute stunning view, staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent place to chill. Avoid ‘tour’offered by hotel and get a grab to local village Ta Van, a rip off.

The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out.

Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog

First off the view from the place and our room was AMAZING — best views across Sapa for sure!!! The compound was big and there was lots to explore / multiple viewpoints. They also grow their own veggies on site. The room was clean and host was fantastic!!! He made sure we had everything we needed at all times!! And the attached restaurant serves everything fresh — they usually require pre-order for breakfast so that they can prepare and buy the freshest ingredients. They also have SUPER CUTE dog and cats. I loved our time there so much it was the favourite part of our Sapa trip!!!

皆さん大変親切でした。部屋からの景色がとても素晴らしくて何もしなくても癒されました。部屋も綺麗、食事も美味しかったです。周りには何もありませんが、暇な時はレストランに行って景色を眺めていました。ちょっとした遊歩道もあり、散歩が出来ます。ゆっくりしたい人には良いです。
