The room was nice and spacious and clean. The rest of hotel was just horrible.. the buffet disgusting, everything was cold not even warm. The staff is lazy and lazy , no help.. they all talk to each other and laugh and joke and customers are waiting. We went to the pool area and there was a snack bar area.. the seats cushions were so stained you did not want to seat there, on the floor mayo , mustard French fries all over the place.. just gross. Food was horrible at buffet, badly presented and cold.. we could not eat so we decided to try the snack bar by the pool … cold hot dog and fries and wait time 15 minutes. All laughable and ridiculous. I am glad we book only one night !!

O resort fica na praia mais maravilhosa da RD, perfeita realmente mar do Caribe e ainda é privativa. Bares preparam bebidas de qualidade, e os restaurantes a pesar de serem bons, tem pouca variedade de restaurantes, apenas o buffet, e dois a la carte um italiano e um asiático que necessitam de reservas. O buffet podia ter mais variedade de comida, como ficamos só três dias ok, para mais tempo creio que se torne repetitivo, como todos os resorts. Na praia poderiam rever e colocar mais guarda-sol, porém chegando cedo se consegue sombra. O quarto é simplesmente espetacular. Voltaria com certeza.

Very nice remodeled hotel. Beacfront. Modern and comfy rooms. Very good food l, drinks and attentive staff. Joel from Reception, Luz and Yoel in the main restaurant, Yohanny in the Chiringuito. All excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will get better with time! Such a nice resort close to the city

This spot is amazing! So nice to have an elevated all inclusive experience in Boca Chica. Way better than any resort in Punta Cana and Puerto Plata. The beach is perfect and private. The pools were clean and right on the beach. The food at both the buffet and the Italian restaurant was delicious. Above all, the staff was incredible. So attentive to the guests and always asking what we needed to ensure a more comfortable stay. I won’t be going back to the big resorts - this if the perfect spot for a quiet escape not too far from the city. Well done!

The place was absolutely beautiful and the food was great. I normally do not like food at all inclusives, but the food here was really good. They also provided real juice as opposed to the fake powdery stuff. Very nice touch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was there was construction still going on and they did not have any entertainment. I was told that it will be forthcoming so I will have to plan a trip back.
