Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was amazing, room was very new and spacious, especially the swimming pools was superb for children. Beach was so-so, the name sounds better than it looks. Sitting on the beach was like sitting on the top of the slides.. better go to the pools Breakfast was great, especially they utilised tech to minimise guests waiting at the restaurants.

This hotel is good value for money. Excellent.

Hotel look very nice at the lobby. Room was clean and spacious, yet it is a little bit aged. Hotel offer valet parking but I personally feel it is more convenient for me to park myself.. Breakfast arrangement was disappointing, although guests can choose to do breakfast at three different venues, but queue was still there at the largest restaurant at peak hours - could have done better than guests physically queuing there - feeling not very good at a hotel at this level. Food quality was not...

great

very beautiful resort, well maintained with flowers and plants. We love the pool area so much and enjoyed a whole day there

Excellent hotel, will definitely be back and recommend to friends

Staying at this hotel with such a breathtaking view was a wonderful experience. The staff was also very cheerful and friendly. When we encountered some problems with our car, one of the receptionists helped us contact the car rental company as we didn't speak any Japanese. She even followed up on the issue just to ensure our trip ran smoothly. All in all, I'm very happy with our room, the service, and the facilities there, especially the public bath :)
