Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, quiet, great breakfast buffet selection and wonderful staff. Our room was very spacious and loved the amenities and ambiance. The staff accommodated our late check in and check out andd helped us get shuttle to airport. Would definitely stay here again when I come back. Thank you to all the friendly staff 🙏

This building is very new! The breakfast is the best, it has many types of dishes to try with a great view of the city and the pool. The staff are really nice and would definitely help with whatever you need to assist. It has a koi pond next to a pool which I think is really cool. Some problems I have is there's ants on the dining table, weak flush for the toilet, and poor wifi connection.

The rooms were large and very clean. We were travelling as a group and were located in the same tower. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had in a hotel. The staff were always replenishing the dishes and the variety was incredible. The pool was lovely, although a little cool, as with all the hotels we stayed in in South and Central Vietnam. The pool area was a lovely place to sit and chat at the end of the day. It will be even better when the pool bar is completed. I would certainly stay here again. The location was great and many eateries and massage places located nearby.

Location is great and convenient, with convenience stores just opposite to it. Staffs are really nice and helpful. However, the room is a bit dirty when we first check-in. Sticky floors near the fridge make us uncomfortable. There is no hot water in one of the bathroom. So all of us have to use another bathroom for bathing. The smoke sensor in the bedroom is so eye-catching and flashes frequently when the light is turned off. It makes us hard to fall asleep when we first arrived. I would recommend you to prepare something to cover your eyes if you need to stay here. The restaurant is great, with various choices of food. The taste is good and staffs are helpful too.

The hotel is new and it looks like we were the 1st people using this room. My main complaint is the internet, no internet, no stable connection, you tube is blocked, connection is on and off constantly. The AC is being turned on and off automatically and I woke up in the middle of the night thinking I'm having heat flushes... but it was the AC. Hot water? Apparently you need to turn on a button for it. The property has a kitchen but it doesn't have a kitchen. it has a room for stove but it doesn't even have a stove or dishes.

Stor og flot indrettet lejlighed i en ny bygning, som ligger centralt men alligevel lidt udenfor det mest hektiske byliv. Rigtig god morgenmad - stort udvalg. Da bygning er helt ny føles det som om at meget står tomt eller ikke er færdigt endnu. Bl.a. rooftop poolen og baren på øverste etage var ikke tilgængelig, som der ellers promoveres med på coverbilledet for hotellet. Tjek-in proceduren var lettere kaotisk og langsommeligt - fra vi ankom til at vi modtog vores kufferter på værelset tog mere end 1 time. Overordnet havde vi et godt ophold, men med plads til små forbedringer :-)

I don’t think the Lancaster can decide if it is a hotel or a place renting out vacant apartments. If they want to be a hotel then they need to improve customer service and the standard of the rooms. I had arranged a special Room set up to celebrate a special Anniversary. They said they would do it, on check they confirmed they had done it but actually nothing had been done. A big disappointment. I’m still awaiting the apology. The room is under furnished - there is a nice kitchen but no cutlery, plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, pots, pans. Nothing. A completely useless kitchen. The bed is pushed into the corner so access is difficult and only one bedside cabinet so my things had to go on the floor. There is then a huge space with nothing (see picture) There is no full length mirror which made it difficult for my partner when dressing and getting ready and the safe is not attached to anything so is useless - it can easily be picked up and carried away. All Little things which if you get right can turn a good hotel into a great one. We also visited the restaurant (which is very hard to find and there is no signage) and we were served undercooked (partially raw) chicken which we returned to the kitchen. The final indignity is Having to wait 15 minutes at check out whilst they check the room which is very poor - this is a 5 minute job. I regret choosing this hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. I hope they fix some of these things before I return again.

Many of the amenities that they list on the listing do not exist or not open yet. For instance, the rooftop pool with bar and lounge area is not accessible to anyone staying at the hotel since it is not open yet. The running track in addition to the gym was also not open. The main gym was available and was nice. The mini bar that’s supposed to be throughout the day is only stocked once with four beverages and that’s it. Our room seemed like it wasn’t 100% ready for someone to stay in it. They was missing furniture from the listing Photos and the kitchen had no amenities whatsoever no plate spoons cups. Besides two water cups that were provided with the complementary water. The entire property was under construction during the entire stay every day at 6 AM. They would start jackhammering and it was not listed that the property was undergoing any construction nor was there any apology for the noise. The check-in process is easy and there is a security card for the elevators, but the rooms have digital keypads and they don’t allow you to select your own code and they give you a very generic code which felt very unsafe as there’s no deadbolt inside the room to lock the door from the inside. One of the rooms had no TV, even though there was power and a cable line for one. And the other TVs had no service whatsoever so we were forced to only watch YouTube.

Fantastisk opplevelse! Fra innsjekking til utsjekking. Særlig personalet med navnet Duc og Tai som er veldig hjelpsomme med koffertene samt flinke til å gi oss info om alt. Det var god mat på restauranten samt god service. Vi fikk et større rom enn det vi hadde bestilt. Familievennlig hotell. Det er masse mat rundt i området. Det er litt langt fra sentrum, men taxien tar bare 10 Min dit. Det er ikke vanskelig å bestille taxi heller. Anbfales!!!
