Pulling up to the hotel it was well lit and ample parking. The lobby was clean and bright. Customer service was great explained and answered everything. The elevator and halls were clean. The room was nice and clean. Will definitely make this my go to hotel when im in town again..o yea the price for the room was decent

Clean room. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Only 1 washcloth. Very clean. Would like to see real coffee creamer instead of powdered. Whoever was above us sounded like they were moving furniture at 1:30 am.

The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The shower comes out like a trickle and if you want a warm shower they have it set to come out at a dribble. I could not wash my hair it would have taken two hours to rinse out and we had a horrible nights sleep. After 12 hours of driving this place was a disappointment. The whole point of a hotel is a hot shower and some decent sleep. We won’t be back.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, and everyone was exceptionally polite. This new extended-stay hotel boasts impeccably clean rooms and pristine showers. Its convenient location puts me just minutes away from Walmart and nearby dining options. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit town.

This is a hotel geared towards long term stay guests so it has self- laundry facilities which would be nice. One negative was that the floors in the rooms are not carpeted. So it’s very noisy if your upstairs neighbors are not considerate. They do not have an ice machine which we found unusual. But there is a regular refrigerator in the room so I guess you could make your own ice if you have trays! Also a microwave and a 2 burner stove top. If you are going to be staying more than one night it’s a nice set up.

Chambre très confortable cependant, même s’il y a un ante dans la chambre, il n’y a pas de petite table pour manger. Par ailleurs, il n’y a aucun mouchoir dans la chambre et le personnel me dit qu’ils ne sont pas inclus.

There is no complimentary wifi. It does not work. You’ll need to pay the extra fee for the wifi upgrade.

Very new and clean. No breakfast. Had a few issues with the reservation date and they ended up charging me a little more for the room. Overall- very good and convenient.

We arrived after 8pm no housing keeping. To handle the problems.
The first room assigned on first floor had fecal smears on the outer bowl where legs could touch (large amount smeared.)
Hair on room floor.
Transferred to another on first floor. A Used wash cloth let hanging on shower rack.
Mattress in both rooms hard on metal rack and it slides.
Loud hip hop music playing loud in lobby.
Would not stay again!
The one good thing staff was pleasant. Waiting for reimbursement for stay to be credited to card.
The manger apologized and promise to credit the stay and make corrections.
We took pictures and sent to hotel email for staff to review. Not one came to room to check our complaint We were very tired n no near by hotels that we were aware of.
I hope they hired more conscientious, janitorial staff
