We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The motel does have wear and tear but just to sleep there it was fine.

The most horrible place I have ever seen. The building that is advertised on the website is perpetuating "Fraud" from the check in to the exterior( stray cats roaming around, & homeless people, room "Filthy, rusted mini fringe & microwave. Left and requested refund. Needs to be dropped from your website.

The floor by the entrance to the room where soft and weak . Toilet soooo low for a kid . Microwave was dirty the so called comforter was thin like the sheet no fitted sheet on the mattress . I will never ever stay there again .That was Best Inn Hotel wrong name for this Hotel

The Best Inn of Manning has become a consistently reliable stop whenever traveling through the area on I-95. The rooms are always clean, the property is well-kept, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming every time I stay. This is not a luxury resort, nor does it try to be — it’s a straightforward, comfortable accommodation that delivers exactly what travelers need: a safe, quiet, affordable place to rest and recharge. What really stands out is the consistency. The team takes pride in maintaining the property, and you can feel the hospitality from check-in to check-out. For the value, amenities, and overall comfort, it’s absolutely worth considering if you’re passing through Manning or need a dependable overnight stay along the interstate. Simple, clean, comfortable, and friendly — sometimes that’s exactly what makes a hotel great.

Bath tub stopped up, rooms were stink, covers had what appeared to be polish or markers on them. I didn’t even stay overnight, I made a hour and 45 min ride back home. Will not be returning here.

I did not get the opportunity to see the pool, but the shower still had hair on the shower wall. There were people banging on the doors until after midnight and the whole atmosphere was very noisy.
