It’s really nice place to stay, the host upgrades our room into a loft unit, 3 king beds with 5pc bathroom upstairs and 2pc downstairs. And they supply all the amenities. It’s really convenient place with a lot of restaurants downstairs. Close to subway station. We will book there again if we go back to Beijing!

A very nice experience on this occasion. Property is a bit difficult to find but when you get it, it is all worth it. Location is excellent, service is great and the value for money is second to none. I forgot my jacket in the property and notified the manager so that she arranged it currier to me. Many thanks.

Big bay window, good view. The room is big and comfortable. Good service and good location. Downstairs is Sanlitun. The subway station is just downstairs. I will choose to live here next time, which is worth recommending.

Very close to all amenities. Very clean and tidy. Underfloor heating was a bonus, bed was super comfy. Couple of very small points, no glasses for wine or juice. No instructions for TV or washing machine, only 1 hob for cooking on. None of the above were a real problem, just mentioning for future reference. Would happily go back

Etter å ha vært litt uheldig med første rommet og fikk byttet dette så var alt veldig bra. Rask og god service av vertene og beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre. Tunnelbanen rett ved siden av linje 17&3. Soho med alt av shopping, spennende restauranter, barer og cafe’r like i nærheten. Ett lite supermarked åpent 24/7 i samme bygg og også Starbucks. Ett tysk bakeri i nabo bygget som var perfekt for meg som er fra Europa og liker sånt👌😃. Rommet var rent og pent å jeg kommer til å booke her igjen neste gang jeg skal til Beijing👍.

This was a very disappointing experience. The unit advertised appears to be used as bait to secure bookings. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be moved to a different apartment approximately 500 meters away. This was never communicated prior to arrival. The alternative unit was not what we originally booked and not what was advertised. We had to firmly insist on either a refund or being given the exact unit we paid for. Only after pushing back did the property manager agree to revert our booking to the original apartment. As this was a last minute situation, finding alternative accommodation was not practical, so we had little choice but to proceed. If we had not challenged the decision, we would have been relocated without proper consent. The apartment itself was acceptable but fairly basic for the price charged. Cleaning service was provided only once every seven days, which may not be suitable for shorter stays or guests expecting hotel level service. For a similar price point, a hotel offering daily housekeeping and towel changes would likely provide better overall value. The main issue remains the initial attempt to move us to a different unit without prior notice. That significantly affected our trust and overall experience.
