Établissement est propre le personnel et extrêmement agréable et disponible toujours souriant et avec un mot gentil Le seul dilemme que je pouvais constater était à l’arrivée, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir récupérer la carte d’accès à notre chambre, c’est un peu dommage de laisser la clientèle patienter plus de 30 minutes sur une banquette dans le hall

The hotel was excellent (as you’d expect at this price point). It was impeccably clean and the staff were wonderful. The beach-side view was stunning, and sleeping to the sound of the waves in the sea was a joy. What really sets this apart from other high end hotels in Rabat is the attention to detail. The aesthetic and the aromas are inspired by local tradition; the soft stone material of the shower floor massage your feet and make you feel like you’re under a waterfall.

Hotel is newly built, rooms are very nice indeed , staff are very good , breakfast choice excellent range for everyone . Customer Relations Staff are excellent. However Airport pick up is NOT complimentary and is charged at 750MAD when you can get a Luxury Pick at 300MAD WE were asked if we needed a pick up from the Airport on arrival , but never told that it would cost 750 MAD , which was totally out of order .

We loved our stay here- the location was quiet and safe- about 15 min drive from main tourist sites. Secure parking. Across the street from an outdoor mall with modern shops and eateries. Room (ocean view suite) was beautifully designed and clean with very comfortable beds, bathroom, and living room area. Global tv channels. Loved the ocean view and balcony. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious offerings. Pool Was clean and fun for my son. Staff attentive and discreet. The hotel is only 6 months old so not everything is open yet and we were lucky to be there when it wasn’t very crowded. This is not a traditional riad style hotel but if you want a new, modern, luxury, and artistically designed hotel, it’s an excellent choice. Can’t stay enough positive things about this hotel- we will certainly be back when we are in Rabat!

Le personnel est adorable. Nous avons aussi essayé le restaurant de l'hôtel "SOLE" nous y avons mangé correctement sauf le dessert qui ne correspond pas du tout à la description (ananas grillé qui n'est autre qu'un simple ananas), par ailleurs sur la carte nous avons commandé de l'eau Evian ce qui justifie son prix de 100 MAD même si je pense que c'est très cher pour de l'eau, et on nous a servi une eau espagnole et sans changement de origine ni information. En somme je n'irai plus jamais mangé dans ce restaurant

Un excellent séjour au Story Le Carrousel où nous avons passé 4 nuits en vacances à Rabat. La suite est très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec un ménage impeccable et un service irréprochable. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Youssef et Achraf, restaurant principale, pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et la qualité impeccable de leur service. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci également à Simo, à la piscine, pour son professionnalisme, son attention et son excellent accueil. Une équipe aux petits soins et un service à la hauteur du lieu. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bien. Quelques points d’amélioration : Il manque un peu d’animation pour le séjour de plusieurs nuits, yoga par exemple. Le Spa est très bien mais payant, l’accès au sauna n’est inclut dans le prix de la nuitée. Un excellent séjour reposant !
