The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). Hotels.com had to get involved via an escalated complaint. The check in experience was also poor as the keys were not in the lock safe. This was resolved. Despite this the apartment is very nice and convenient parking on site (for an extra charge)
