Breakfast was good but repetitive dishes every day. Some snobby staff specially the one behind the bar - waited over a hour to be servered even though there was only 1 other table with guest. Cleaning, reception and door staff were excellent, polite and friendly. For some reason, there are 2 different prices for in room drinks so make sure you check and confirm price before ordering cold soft drinks. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel indoors and outdoors clean. In-door pool not the best cleanse-wise or temperature. Food is excellent and reasonably prices. Very busy wedding banqueting. Overrall great hotel, 3km out of town so not much noise or air pollution.

The whole experience was my first time at this hotel and it was wondeful; very, very good. The Manager (Manoj Kumar) runs the place well and his general exemplary conduct and attitude seems to run through all his staff. On my first day, I turned up much earlier than my designated check-in time but Manoj was very welcoming and even offered to let me relax in the restaurant and recover from my long journey getting there. Not only that, he then ensured that the room was ready much before scheduled time. He extended the same courtesy when I was due to check-out. IN short, the professional and polite conduct stood out clearly. The place was clean, the staff were very polite, smartly dressed and courteous. There was no problem with the rooms; and the location is thankfully in a peaceful spot. I will definitely be going back to this hotel as my first preference whenever I am in Panjab again.

Here’s a polished, positive review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at Best Western Phagwara with my elderly mother, who is a wheelchair user, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. I would highly recommend Best Western Phagwara, especially for families traveling with elderly guests or anyone needing a little extra support. We look forward to returning!
