Check in and check out was fast and friendly and professional, The location is very nice because it's off the beaten path, not much traffic around. Beach access was nice and area was clean also. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. We also rented a boat while we were there from the Big Bear Marina which was about 5 minutes away, very convenient."

"I can’t comment on the deli since I didn’t stop by and eat during my stay. But it smelled amazing. The resort alone was amazing. I was in the spa suite and the fact that I didn’t have a T.V in the room allowed me to feel more relaxed.
When I arrived I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place, but don’t let that scare you away. Once you walk in, it’s beautiful. I really enjoyed the salt room and ice room. It felt amazing.
