2/10 欠佳

My father is in the hospital with sepsis and pneumonia. I showed the hospital documents and asked for compassionate consideration of a refund or credit. The property hung up on us, then ignored our email. I have never had such a shockingly callous response from a business before. Every other hotel I booked for the weekend, before my father’s emergency, offered words of comfort, concern, and compassion. This business revealed they are about profit, not people. I would never book this place again.
