The person who greeted us, a girl named Quyen, gave a thorough explanation of all the hotel had to offer, including its restaurants with delicious food. It was also very easy to get a taxi through the staff at the front desk. The only drawback was the hotel's location a bit beyond walking distance from the interesting downtown areas.
