Village hotel is a beautiful modern place on the Thames river bank were you can take a boat trip from outside garden. There's plenty of car park spaces. The room was clean with hairdryer iron and ironing board coffee machine with coffee provided soap towels and 50 inch TV .The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very good plenty of choices for breakfast and other meals . There is gym swimming pool and hot tub also 7 Large TV Screens in the bar Iwould definitely recommend this place
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Room was clean although cold. Took a while to work out the heating. Staff were pleasant enough. Parking was over the road from the hotel and £10 per night. A bit unfair seeing people using the gym parking in the 3 disabled spaces. Breakfast was nice

4/10 尚可

Its a shame as we have stayed here many times when it was the crowne plaza, but on arrival outside, another guest was on the phone and quite frankly his language was terrible . Then later after having a meal across the road we were going to have a drink at the bar but didn't for the same reason . Our last stay here.

All amenities were good, would have appreciated decaf coffee in the room. Shower excellent. Window fitted poorly so that there was a Draught coming in

Lovely hotel, conveniently located with excellent staff. However, room was above the health club which was very noisy until late at night.

The entry to the carpark needs resurfacing, beware of potholes. Staff were amazing!! Ps. It would be nice if you gave them a chair/stool to sit down on, as the thought alone of me standing on the front desk/terminal for 8 hour's straight gives me back pains!

Spent 2 nights here as attending a festival. Booked a room with a balcony which was given to someone else on the first night.... Breakfast was good with quite a few choices but they had run out of gluten-free bread which was a shame. Overall a decent enough stay.

Big clean room, great comfy bed. Blackout blinds and quiet room ensured a great nights sleep. Full breakfast in the dining room or a light bite at the on premise Starbucks.
