Excellent hotel, perfect location to go to the arena across the river. With a costa cafe in the hotel, which is very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and nice to talk to. The room had a lovely view, and the premium amenities of the room are totally worth it. Loved staying here :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was most comfortable and staff, for the most part were extremely helpful and friendly (only exception was in the breakfast restaurant). We would be happy to stay there again but the location didn't seem to be very central to attractions.

Amazing stay!!! First, front desk Denise is a QUEEN. She gave me so many helpful tips knowing it's my first time in Scotland (and I took her up on it, the Riverside Museum was fantastic!), and she even gave me a bunch of Scottish goodies. I was INCREDIBLY touched. What an amazing staff you have. Please give her a raise and a promotion and a bonus. The rooms are fantastic too. Nice and roomy with everything I need. Also a bonus to have a Costa Coffee right downstairs. Although it's no city center, it's a quick bus ride to the center and I can easily walk to the University, so it's a fantastic location! Thank you so much!

Location is great. Could have a quiet walk along the river. LIDL grocery store, McDonald and Big Lick’s restaurant and a subway station is within 10 minutes walking distance. Room clean is done very well. Hope WiFi could be faster and there could be fitness facilities.

The hotel has a tired look and not well cleaned. This is evident in the elevators, the hallways and the room. The bathrooms were clean but there was pizza cheese stuck to the carpet where you put your feet down beside the bed. The furniture in the lounge and restaurant shows signs of heavy use. The meals were jut ok but the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Einfaches Hotel, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und das Zimmer riecht entsprechend unangenehm. Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man ins SEC möchte, ansonsten würde ich definitiv ein zentraleres Hotel empfehlen.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Il letto era comodissimo e ho dormito benissimo grazie al silenzio assoluto della stanza. La colazione è stata abbondante, varia e con prodotti di qualità. Il salone dove è servita la colazione, è molto bello e offre una vista incantevole, perfetta per rilassarsi. La pulizia in tutto l’hotel è impeccabile, si percepisce grande cura in ogni dettaglio. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei volentieri!

I think we may have been spoiled by other rooms that were less money, but overall, the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a nice variety of items and the view overlooking the river was really nice. The room was where things fell a little flat. There were stains on all over the walls, the carpet needed a serious deep clean, black mold in the bathroom and the supplied toiletries were covered in spilled residue and hair from previous users. The bed was a little hard, but ok. The room overall was extremely small with the weirdest tiniest window. For a quick stop over it was fine, but definitely needed some serious deep cleaning

We booked a family quad room, in reality it was a triple room they put a roll away cot in. The beds were so close together it might as well has been one giant bed. 3 of us had to get in to our beds from the foot of the beds. I had to wait 10 minutes at reception after ringing the bell before there was a staff member there After my child threw up on the bathroom floor and I asked for someone to clean just the bathroom floor (after I cleaned it up as much as I could) it took a staff member over 3 hours to come. Yes it was when they were resetting for the next day (10am) but it’s still frustrating
