Good location. Very modern inside and good facilities. Would stay there again if staying in Pisa.

We spent a long weekend exploring the beautiful city of Pisa and were fortunate to come across this hidden gem located only a 5 minute walk to the centre and Leaning Tower!

Great apartment for an overnight stay in Pisa. Clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Kitchen available to use which looked very well equipped. Able to leave our luggage next morning free of charge. We didn't have any personal contact with staff, only emails

Otroligt bra ställe, läget är perfekt. Hade kunnat önska något bättre sängar men överlag fantastiskt!

Central location, new clean bathrooms. Good if you just need a bed and a shower. You have to check in online and then you will be sent codes to get into the building and your room.

Having AC during that heatwave was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything (walking distance). Would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend il genio. The entrance is a little daunting but once you find your bearings the accommodation is faultless. Our room was spotlessly clean and well thought out with simple but effective fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was fabulous. The air conditioning a real bonus in 35 degrees heat. The communal area was well thought out and equipped. Any queries at all were answered instantly by WhatsApp.

This is an excellent property to stay at. Really essentially located. Very modern and well thought out. Lovely decor. Our room was small but excellent value for the price. The check-in instructions seem quite complicated at first, but if you take the time to read them they are thorough. The issue I had with this room was there was a buzzing coming from the fuse box inside the room and because there’s no reception or people on site, it disturbed my sleep without an immediate remedy. The people looking after the Place are very responsive on WhatsApp but again because they’re not there, I struggle to get a taxi in the morning and was fearful of missing my flight. However, if there are not considerations for you, this is an excellent place to stay.

The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access.
