The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed, bathroom, flooring, and overall presentation were excellent. The staff was helpful, attentive, and compassionate, and they answered every question I had about the hotel or the surrounding area. The bar was top-notch, and the bartender, Devon, provided excellent service; his drinks were amazing, and my wife loved them. Daniel gave my family a tour of the property, which we really appreciated. After touring the property with Daniel and listening to him, I walked away knowing that when I return to Guyana, I'm staying at the Jewel’s, and my family and friends are too. We were sold after the hotel tour, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Guyana.

The property is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful but a bit slow with the service on the main floor. Miguel in the main restaurant gave us an excellent service. Very attentive. We like the hotel so much that we booked another 2 days next week when we come back to Georgetown.

I have gone to several hotels before in and out of the country, Kings by Jewelz was 11/10. I'm satisfied with everything. I will visit again. The thing is when I was looking for hotels I wanted AC Marriott however I was getting any response so I decided on Kings, and they didn't disappoint. I will surely recommend. Everything and everyone was awesome 👌 thank you Kings by Jewelz

I had a really great stay at Jewelz By King's Hotel.
The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. From the security at the front to the staff inside, everyone was helpful and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay.
The hotel has modern amenities and everything was clean and well put together. The overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable.
The food at the restaurant was excellent—definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. It is brand new so there are several things in the service and equipment to polish but has everything to do it great.
