The flat is in a great location, opposite a tram stop and round the corner from a great cafe (Bispham Kitchen). It was surprisingly quiet inside the flat to say we were above an amusement arcade and on a busy road. I had been worried about this but it was fine.
On arrival, the bathroom was a bit smelly but the owner phoned me to check if everything was alright and after I’d told her, the issue was fixed straightaway. That was really good service!
The kitchen was well equipped and there are sachets so you can make tea or coffee.
I’ll definitely stay here again.

Stunning sea views over the Irish Sea, very clean and in a good area.
The beach is very nice and next street Red Bank Road has so many restaurants and coffees and even a big Sainsbury's.
I will definitely stay here again when I am next time in Blackpool.

Perfect stay for the weekend, lovely view all the amenities you could possibly need, shame about the outside patio area certainly not like in the photos on line. Needs a good tidy up and clean. Other than that perfect stay.

On first impression we were pleased with the property, lovely view, good sized rooms, comfortable bed. The location was excellent allowing easy travel into Blackpool. I’m However it lacked some attention to detail such as kitchen utensils no bread knife or spatula.
The hand over clean had not fully covered what was required, such as not wiping out the fridge, leaving make up stains on the unit in the bedroom and not wiping the shower gel dispenser. This was slightly disappointing but did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . Will definitely return

The flat was very clean and had everything I needed. As a woman I felt very safe in this area. It’s a bit far from the town centre but tram stop was just outside. The flat had no sea view but a view to the quiet backyard. I really liked the beach and the restaurants/coffees around the corner.
