I stayed in their apartment room for a few days, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant Akatsuki, and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, cozy stay during their trip.

I liked the variation of foods in the breakfast buffet along with the fact that there were people that were helping you open the heavy doors to get in and out of the hotel easily. I would definitely come here another time or recommend it.😁

Not recommended at all,

From the entry the checkin process took so long and the staff is not professional at all. As a room, the toilet wasn’t cleaned AC was not working well, safe book was so old fashion and the all the facilities are old.

至れり尽くせりで快適でした

普段中国在住で広州に用事があったので2泊しました。日本人向けのサービスホテルなので日本式設備・サービスが多くとても快適でした。宿泊者は無料の大浴場、部屋も浴槽付き、ウォシュレットトイレ、日本の番組の見られるテレビ、和食おかずのある朝食ビュッフェ、フローリングの床など日本人には嬉しいものが揃っていました。日本式の部分だけでなく、24時間利用可能なジム、ジムや浴場には自由に使えるタオルやペットボトルの水が置いてあったり、チェックアウトが最初から14時に設定されていたりと、いろんな面が行き届いている印象です。地下鉄駅からは少し遠いですが、長距離列車の駅でもある広州東駅からも自転車10分程度の場所で、交通面も比較的便利だと思います。

已經第二次入住服務非常好最令我們印象深刻既係我地最後一日寄存行李, 玩夠先返酒店拎行李坐車走原來我地退房時漏了衣服係門後, 佢地貼心咁放返係寄存行李既背包上加上當時已經8點左右, 問係咪有call問係咪有call 的士服務, 負責既人剛好行開了, 櫃檯的服務員堅持由佢幫我們截其實都係企出酒店門外, 態度好好會再入住

Great service from all staff members. the room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. I wish the air condition thermostat display was in English and not Chinese.Great shuttle service to the Canton fair, on time with provision of water and snacks. Location was good and close to many places
