The staff were amazing ( Alesia and Edson as well as the cleaning lady ), the hotel is very well located, the only downside would be the room, I noticed mold inside the wardrobe and on the wall due to humidity I guess, due to that the room was stuffy, the breakfast also was very simple ( bread, eggs, bacon cucumber, cheese and melon ) otherwise the experience was great :)

The only reason it has 1 star is because I can note rate it as zero. No water, no electrics and then they refused to refund me. How can this place not offer the most basic amenities such as water. Id avpid at absolutely all costs!
