Excellent location, shopping and eateries just at door steps. Very clean and comfortable hotel room stay, the complimentary afternoon tea is a bonus and kind gesture. We requested for taking away light breakfast due to early morning flight, hotel assisted it without hesitation. Staff friendly and helpful. The fresh fruits supplying was great.

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The manager Du Daphne was exceptionally kind and helpful, graciously allowing a delayed checkout due to out night flight and helping us arrange transportation to Hong Kong International Airport.

had a great 4 day stay at the shenzhen huaqiang plaza hotel. would stay here again and highly recommend 5/5 for the value and location
for 2 travelers, both beds were super comfortable and the AC worked great. great view of the town
location: was right next to my favorite digital mall for me to go shopping for goods and there is food right below on the bottom floor (at least 10 restaurants including mcdonalds)
the hotel is also right above the subway and that made getting around shenzhen very easy.
the staff were all great and spoke great english.
we ate at the buffet and had no issues there every morning
a 12pm checkout is also very generous, got to so sleep in until check out!
