Estadia perfeita! O quarto é muito limpo e cheiroso. Deixaram entrarmos bem antes do nosso check in. Equipe atenciosa, localização boa e ainda deixam água, cafés e chás disponíveis. Com certeza ficaríamos de novo

Their definition of a "boutique hotel" doesn't match what boutique hotels are like in the US. It's not like a traditional hotel where you see the front door and lobby from the street. Their front door is a large wooden door with the number on it. On the side, there are signs with the names of hotels and other businesses. You have to walk to the back of the building, then go up to the 5th floor. The "lobby" will be a person at a desk to check you in. The hotel felt more like a nice hostel, where I booked an individual single room. The room was very tight but clean. The hallway is noisy. You can hear every door open, and people walk down the hall because the floor is concrete and everything echoes.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It's close to a metro station, many restaurants close by the hotel. The only problem you will have if you are not technology savy, arriving at night will have trouble checking in. Im glad I arrived during the day.

O quarto é excelente, assim como a localização. Fomos a pé da estação de trem, mas era muito seguro. A moça da recepção foi super atenciosa e pudemos guardar as malas antes do check in (o que é um super ponto positivo em Roma).

We stayed one night, before our flight. This was a great place to stay, close to the train station. We were able to walk to many of the surrounding sights. All the staff members were very nice. Would stay here again.

Hotel was perfect for our 4 days in Rome. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, everything was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful with clear communication starting prior to check-in. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at the time we were there but if it is busy you may be able to hear a bit of noise in the hallway or the room next door. All around great experience. Thank you Velia Relais staff!

The staff were great, ideally located and I was very happy with my room. The building itself was very interesting and as soon as you went through those big wooden doors, you could feel the hush and quiet after being on a busy street. I would stay again.
