This was my first time staying at a Kasa property and I really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean and stylish, and it was just a few minutes drive from downtown Traverse City. My only real issues were that the breakfast was pretty lackluster and the noise from people walking in the rooms above you is very pronounced. That's a shame because the rest of the hotel was very quiet. It was fantastic for the price, though, and I'd happily stay again.

I would give 5 stars except the wifi was very weak. Mattress very comfortable and the room was quiet even with a busy road nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and we loved that they have an area where you have access to towels, toiletries, plates, utensils, etc. The backyard area was nice as well.

Nice no frill hotel, bed was really firm, and room was clean. Parking is terrible, we have a small vehicle and they were too small for our small bronco. Deposit was a bit excessive at $250 and was charged 2 days before stay and I have yet to have it returned. Otherwise good stay.

My stay with Vic was good. Good value . Clean place.
真實評價

8/10 很好

The price was right, the bathroom clean, but a floor tile in the bedroom wasn't totally inset and the rug covering part of the bedroom was a tripping hazard. Someone on our floor was smoking Marijuana for our 3 day stay. The hallway had a strong odor. On-site staff would be helpful.

Very clean and modern. One morning no breakfast was put out by 8:30 and no staff to ask about it. We called Kasa but had to go out to eat somewhere. Weird with no front desk but breakfast was the only hiccup. Price was good compared to equal hotels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable with good amenities. I prefer their solution for coffee over the usual coffee maker. The quality of a pour over coffee is much better than coffee from an invariably dirty drip machine. They also have a good variety of tea. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are better than you get most places. I like the gym and that it’s walking distance to east bay. The people are nice and it’s easy to get help if needed.
