Our stay could not have been more perfect or more lovely. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and cooked us a full English breakfast in the morning, and she even had her own homemade plum jam which was delicious. The room was cosy and very unique in the best way possible. Close to Castle Combe and a great pub just up the road.

Excellent stay and breakfast. Carol went above and beyond by giving us a lift to the local pub and torch, to help navigate back.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this delightful farmhouse B&B. The host/owner is such an engaging person with an interesting background and life story. Our room was comfortable but rather hot due to the extreme heat and lack of air conditioning. Breakfast was very good.

I can’t give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would. What made this experience so unique was not just the peculiarity of this very old property, curated in all details, was like staying a museum, it was Caron Cooper the owner and host who welcomed us with kindness and such a positive energy. We all loved her stories, no question had a boring answer. If you are looking for one of a kind experience don’t skip this place.

We loved our stay! The farmhouse was so quaint and vintage and was just what we were looking for. The staff/owner was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. The classic English breakfast was delicious, especially with the recently made homemade jam. Our only issue was gps routing us in a wrong direction and not realizing the entrance was through the gate that was closed. The online map said it was .9 of a mile from the city center of Castle Combe, which is true if you walk it. That turned out not to be a big deal. We also really enjoyed ales and dinner at the Salutation Inn just up the road.
