Based on the photos and location, we expected a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, the apartment was not accurately represented and had numerous serious problems.
The stove did not work, and there was no kettle or coffee maker. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty, foul-smelling dishes. It later started by itself around 2:00 a.m., repeatedly beeping and displaying an error code.
The terrace was in extremely poor condition. The two chairs shown in the listing were broken and unsafe, and cigarette butts were scattered throughout the area. Electrical wires were also protruding from a wall where a light fixture appeared to be missing.
Inside, the living room couch was dirty, badly stained, smelled unpleasant, and had tears and cigarette burn marks. There were also concerning stains on the floor. One bedroom had no curtains, making it difficult to sleep because of the constant summer daylight, and the metal blinds throughout the apartment were broken.
The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with hair in the shower and dirty floors. A moldy dehumidifier filled with water had been placed on top of the sink. Wi-Fi was also unavailable.
We reported these problems to the rental company. Although they responded, they did not provide any meaningful assistance. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, unclean, unsafe in several areas, and not fit to be rented in its current condition.
