We had a great 2 week stay in Dec 2025. Staff was very corrupted courteous and helpful. The room was smaller than expected, but it worked for us. The balcony is huge, which seems like excess unusable space though, especially in December. The room felt cold at times despite clicking the temperature up to 22 Celsius. But it was probably because of the floor to ceiling windows and how cold it got at night while we were there. Must be lovely in warmer weather. The gym was only accessible for free at times I didn’t want to go, so I paid for a monthly membership at the gym next door for access anytime. It was a great investment; the gym staff were were great, they had all the equipment I needed for power lifting, and I got to use the co-ed sauna. When I had an issue with the toilet and shower head, they fixed it immediately. The area is also perfectly located across from Testaccio Market and is just south enough of Trastevere to be away from the crowds, but still very accessible by tram, bus, or train to central Roman locations. We used public transport every day, and built in 30 min to get into central Rome. We’d definitely stay here again, especially for access to the well equipped gym.

Flat completo e bem localizado

Fiquei no apto no ultimo andar (7) muito limpo, confortável, com uma varanda incrível com vista para o Rio. O flat está bem localizado e nos deram amenidades, como café, snaks, agua e refrigerante. Fomos bem recebidos e o check in e check out bem tranquilos. Aprovado

Great Clean Suite very spacious room. Groceries and restuarants nearby were good and busy with locals. Staff was helpful they are on site for limited hours but available via text or whatsapp. Free laundry service on site (Self serve) washer and dryer worked great

The suites was a great place to stay around Rome. It's a bit far from the general tourist items on foot but is easy to find some public transport (trams, buses, and regional trains). It is a bit of a ways with lots of luggage given the options but definitely worth for long stays as there is great food and connections around. Room was clean and roomy any definitely allowed us to settle in well - aircon was amazing esp. for this weather! The staff were really helpful and even allowed us to stay in the same room despite having two different consecutive bookings. Having the basement laundry (free with all included) and racks to support drying was a godsend especially for a summer trip! Thanks again this was a great stay in Rome!

Solides Hotel etwas außerhalb der Stadt

Ich liebe low-tech. Der late Check-In war völlig problemlos, alles war vorbereitet. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, aber gut angebunden. Alles ist sauber, nur die Zimmertüren schließen schlecht, was Gäste dazu bewegt die Türen 5x zuzuschlagen. Kostenloses Wasser und Instantkaffe.

El señor que nos dió el acceso fue muy amable y se tomó el tiempo para explicarnos cómo funciona el hotel, los transportes cercanos, lugares a los que se llegaba caminando, etcétera. Located next to the airport railway station which is an advantage to travellers departing/ arriving Rome. The facilities are a bit old and a bit dusty. The air-cons didn’t work at all. Staff just told us to open the window instead, while the noise from street, the nearby restaurants and traffic are the big issue to us as we were assigned to the 2nd floor
