Staff are amazing. We had washing collected and dropped off by third partner company and they handled the pick up of our washing and as we were going to be out for when the clothes where coming back we gave them money to pay the driver. Super trustworthy. Location is fabulous you are a 5 minute walk from the MBK centre. Siam is literally in your doorstep. You have everything around you. Even the national stadium station is around the corner. I can’t stress how great this hotel is. The only thing for the westerners don’t expect a European style breakfast. Could have done with a bit more variety but food in Thailand is very cheap so going out isn’t an issue.

My family and I had a very pleasant time at Vela Be. The room was clean and cozy. I wish I had the time to dip in the bubble pool, but it was nice even just resting and taking photos. The breakfast was filling, with a good selection of salad, fruits, cereals, juices, Breads, carbs and proteins, coffee and tea. The breakfast area was spacious with a relaxing view. The place can be reached easily via Grab or taxi, but also a 5-10minute walk to BTS and the Siam Paragon

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need in the busy Bangkok area. It’s within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain, shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside was that the air conditioner had a slight musty smell, and it blew directly toward the bed throughout the night. The breakfast was decent, but there weren’t many options for Western travelers. The room was a good size for the price, and although the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, it didn’t significantly affect my experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting Bangkok. It was an excellent stay. The rooms weren’t huge but were great for us since we were in and out most of the time. All of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. Would absolutely stay here again.
