We had a great 4 days family stay at Terrazza Carbonara! The property is very nice, clean and comfortable. Massimo is an amazing host! the daily breakfast was lovely. We went to several places daily, the accommodation was a great location for all our booked trips and train station. It was a walking distance to several landmarks in Naples and also great restaurants. The roof terrace was a lovely spot for a lovely breakfast to start our days:) We would very highly recommend this place!

Modern, spacious, and clean room. Easy and early check in. Luggage storage available. Fantastic free breakfast. Very kind and helpful host who is a great communicator. Easy access to the central train station (15 minutes) and bus stop to the airport (10 minutes). Wholeheartedly recommend.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e al centro storico, distante 10 minuti a piedi. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata. Ottima colazione in terrazza, camera arredata con gusto e decisamente spaziosa. Il proprietario Massimo un signore distinto, ospitale e molto disponibile. Da ripetere!

La stanza seppur ristrutturata manca di servizii basilari, tipo un banale specchio, mancano del tutto piccoli servizi come il doppio guanciale o coperta... Il check in basico e l'assistenza dell'host inesistente. Noi, poi, abbiamo trovato il sifone del lavandino otturato con abbondanti rigurgiti di pelo , capelli e altro non ben identificato. Abbiamo avvisato alle 09:30, della mattina successiva l'inserviente, la quale senza neanche guardarci in faccia ci ha detto "poi provvedo"!...al nostro rientro, alle 20:00 circa non era cambiato nulla. A quel punto abbiamo scritto al titolare il quale ci dice di usare il bagno di un'altra camera (la 4) prendendo le chiavi nella reception...assurdo! Altra cosa: prenoto una camera tripla superior con balcone... ora l'italiano è molto preciso nei suoi termini e un balcone non può essere una porta finestra che era distante dalla ringhiera del balcone distante circa 20 cm!!! Insomma assolutamente non consigliato.

Absolutely stunning hotel and a MUST stay! The hospitality was amazing definitely a 10/10. He was so accommodating and accessible for all of our needs and questions. The room was immaculate and had all the comforts you need. Do not miss the delicious coffee and breakfast free on a breathtaking terrace surrounded by beautiful olive trees, herbs, and lemon trees. This hotel is a gem and you are missing out if you do not stay here! Near historic walk and delicious food.

Our stay in Naples was perfectly located — right on the edge of the old historic center and just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. It made getting around the city (and beyond) super easy, which was ideal for our family of four as we continued our Interrail journey through Italy. We loved how convenient everything was — with a cozy café and a pharmacy less than 50 meters from our hotel, we had everything we needed right on our doorstep. The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious, with beds that were wonderfully comfortable after long travel days. The bathroom was a great large, modern, and with a powerful walk-in shower that felt amazing after exploring the city’s bustling streets. The roof terrace where you have breakfast was a fantastic surprise and gave for a brilliant viewing point of the street surrounded by planted trees and herbs. A super addition to the accommodation. The staff were friendly and gave us hints and tips, as well as places to see on the maps they provided. Definitely recommend. Overall, it was the perfect base for discovering Naples — a great mix of comfort, convenience, and authentic city charm.

A nice room with a lovely terrace. Massimo was very helpful and provided a great breakfast. The area was very convenient to walk to shopping streets and museums. The restaurants that were suggested were excellent. All in all a lovely place to stay in hectic lively Naples.

Our stay was just what we needed for the night before our flight. The place is right off a main avenue, with a delicious bakery right next door and several shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint, and not necessarily the owners fault or about the B&B, our taxi driver charged more than what the owner said he booked the taxi for. I think this was the taxi driver taking advantage. So if you do have the B&B book one for you, confirm the price before you get in!!
