Great place to stay while cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway, everything you need is right there. Nice pool, restaurant and 2 bars. We lounged out by the fire pit after dinner and had a nightcap. Highly recommend

Great hotel with amazing staff. Our room was clean & spacious. On site restaurant & bar were great with a wonderful variety of food and beverage options. Neat shops on the surrounding grounds for coffee, ice cream, hotel & local souvenirs which were very nice. Plenty of parking on site

Disappointed. Room was OK I guess for such an old hotel. Couldn't run heat in the morning due to the horrendous sound. Dinner service was very slow for us and everyone near us. Waitress tried, but was overwhelmed. Salad came late and dinner while I was eating it. Salmon for me and wife was very iverdone.

The room was damp and Smelled of mold, our luggade smelled if mold after one night. Beside our room we absolutey loved this hotel. The view, the food, the terrace, the staff, the pool, it is wonderful!!! Visit, but dont stay over night.

It's always such a treat to stay here..... I literally decided to stay up in the mnts even having to drive down to Asheville for work the next morning... the place is wonderfully kept, great staff - and an amazing setting with excellent food.... Looking forward to my next visit !

This hotel is great for people looking for an all-in-one resort. The view of the mountains is wonderful. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The one item to consider is the price of the restaurant and bar. It is a bit expensive for what is offered. However, there are excellent off-site options to consider as alternatives.

This is an excellent place to just get away from the fast pased world. On top of the mountain with breath taking views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and the property was very well kept up.
