Stayed for one night . Slept really good . It was noisy from the street on the beginning and corridor but was fine later on .Small room and shower but it was fine for us for one night. Could do with some tea and milk in the room . Shops nearby. Not far walk from train station , approximately 25 minutes.

Recommended if you want somewhere to stay for the night. Clean. Friendly staff. 25 min walk from main city centre/arena’s ect. Quiet area. Only bad thing for me was a room for 4 people and there was just 1 plug socket. 4 of us having to take turns to charge phone. Need more , not really ideal in 2025…

Unfortunately there was no accessibility for prams so not really family friendly, no lift available either. I wouldn't recommend if you have young kids. Staff was friendly and polite but our room wasn't like we expected for the price we paid to be honest, overall cleaned and tidy. The area was a little rough.

Room very clean. Beds are 10/10. Pillows great. Spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice little shop downstairs with very reasonable prices, don’t over charge. 2nd time I’ve stayed here in 3 months. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints.
