Ultra clean , no amenities: just a very nice room, great beds and pillows, coffee maker with 4 pods only/day, blower , refrigerator,tv and clean towels daily. Has a smsll elevator that works perfectly fine. Simple but perfect

Gostei bastante das acomodações, especialmente do conforto da cama e das facilidades do quarto. No entanto, fica uma sugestão de melhoria: a porta do banheiro, por ser de vidro, deixa a claridade entrar no dormitório. Mesmo com o ótimo blackout na janela, o descanso é prejudicado pelo excesso de luz vindo do banheiro ao amanhecer. Também ouve-se barulho da limpeza do quarto adjacente bastante cedo. Pessoas que tem problema com sono leve assim como eu, fica prejudicado.

The room was small but had everything you needed and we appreciated the ability to control our own room temperature. Housekeeping was amazing! The location was very safe and everything was easily walkable. We had no issues with noise from inside or outside the hotel.

The hotel was just perfect. We loved the location and the actual hotel. The rooms were quite small but our bathroom was ample big enough. My son’s room’s bathroom was on the much smaller side. It was a gorgeous boutique hotel.

The hotel is quite new, room is spacious enough only if you have two luggages if you have more you might find it tight. The hotel does not have elevator but only two stories not the end of the day. Staff very friendly and helpful the location is perfect walking distance to everywhere

The hotel was just a few mins walk to the Pantheon with lots of restaurants and stores around. The check-in was great when we were received by Leonardo. We stayed 3 nights. First night was in a smaller room and we were moved to a bigger room on the 2nd and 3rd night which I think was our right room to begin with. The aesthetic of the hotel is great like a boutique/resort hotel, but it lacks the amenities. The cleanliness is not really evident especially on both washrooms we stayed at. I usually do a thorough check and a second cleaning when we get to hotels and sure enough there are accumulated dirt (gross dry crusty)around the rim of the toilet seats which I had to clean up before being able to use and the floors arent really clean either. There are dark markings on the concrete floors and on the walls. Too bad for a few months old hotel. No facial tissue, dusty closet and dirty coffee machine with almost empty tea bags, sugar and etc. Then when we moved to the next room there were no water even in the fridge as a complimentary, so we asked the housekeeping and we were told we had to request from reception which was odd since we asked him already, anyways we asked the reception then and we were told that when the housekeeping come to our room it will be automatically refilled, but it did not happened and there was also no lotion on our second room and one of the soap dispenser has been empty since, but again the housekeeper failed to see again and do anything about it.
