I was very disappointed with my stay due to the lack of communication and customer service. The hotel did not clearly advertise that front desk staff would not be available to assist with check-in. After arriving on an early flight, I discovered there was no way to check in even if there was a room ready.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that check-in was not available until 3:50 PM, despite check in at most hotels in the world is 3:00 PM. The onsite staff were unable or unwilling to provide assistance or assign an access code, leaving guests with no options other than waiting.
Another major issue was the complete lack of drinking water. There was no bottled water provided in the room and no water available anywhere on the property for guests. After traveling, I had to order water through Uber Eats at an additional cost of nearly $20.
The property itself may be acceptable, but the lack of communication regarding the self-check-in process, the delayed room access, the absence of basic amenities such as drinking water, and the unhelpful response from onsite personnel made for a very poor guest experience. I would recommend that management be more transparent about their check-in procedures and provide basic guest services and amenities that travelers reasonably expect.
