Absolutely loved staying here! The staff were so kind and helpful. I was given easy step by step instructions for a stress free check-in process. The rooms are spacious, clean, and updated. The only thing I wish would have been different is that I could eat at the hotel. But as I left, they were working on building a kitchen and plan to be able to serve food in the near future! I am so pleased with my stay, and will definitely be coming back soon!

We loved how pet friendly this hotel was. The rooms are recently updated and clean, with white linens. We did not go to the bar/coffee place on the first floor, but it is open and looks like a nice spot to wind up or down for the day!

Awesome location, right in downtown Elk Rapids. Pet friendly and very clean. Rooms are condo-style and spacious. Accommodations are pretty bare-bones, but good for a short weekend. Part of hotel is unfinished. Looking forward to returning when hotel bar is complete!

We came here for the first time in July 2024. Just visited again and this property is under new management...the updates to the lounge area, service and hospitality are excellent! We were greeted consistently by staff. The new lounge and patio were our favorite. Make sure to get a drink or coffee and enjoy the view. We had an amazing time and will be back!

parking was easy. communications with staff were good but it would take a while to connect to someone via phone and we didn't receive an automated email with access info that we should have received. very comfortable beds and clean unit. not enough hot water.
