Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The parking is a little bit difficult as it has one way in one way out, so definitely not for someone with a trailer or Uhaul etc. The front desk guy was not very friendly. Needs a little updating but perfect for a one night stay while passing by.

Staff was friendly. Room decor was miss mached amd fairly clean. Small bath and had to ask for toilet paper. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast could be improved with more drink options . Overall was ok for the price.

The room was clean. But there was no hot water in the shower and the shower took for to drain. The breakfast there was not that great need more options. And Juice to drink.

Had to call to get a refund from hotels.com since the motel wanted to and charged me again this was done after 1130 pm cdt

Unfortunately like every weekend trip to work in the Kansas City area and different hotels the indoor pool was closed. This was a first one that had a sign saying not allowed to take your breakfast back to your room. This was also the first time that I had booked through hotels.com that the hotel decided that they would raise the price $20 once we arrived and I have booked our stays for years exclusively through here.

It was an average motel. A little pricey for it's condition. Some very noticeable water stains on 2cd floor ceiling. Ice machine on 2cd floor started making annoying sound and they unplugged it. Large gaps in door going into room. Had to wait to check out because employee was outside smoking. Crumbs on bed and hair in shower....both were very noticeable.
