STAY HERE! Amazing stay! 2 second walk to beach. Pristine clean, comfortable, cozy room. I had a fireplace. Was exquisite. Dryer, toiletries, soaps, soft bathroom towels. shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes. . Kitchenette with micro, keurig, plates, mugs etc. Teas, coffees, creamer. Fabulous staff. Everything about this place was great. Keyless entry too. Small parking area, but spots just on street, close. No elevator if you should need one. solo female traveler. Felt very safe. Loved it here. I'll be back.

The hotel itself was fine. The location was good and close to the beach. What felt less than hospitable were the multiple texts before we arrived, asking us repeatedly if we were bringing pets or extra people before they would give us the code to the room. I've never had a hotel take a tone with us like this before. Because we had two queen beds, I did invite our daughter to join us so they charged us extra. We have stayed in many hotels over the years which have been very welcoming and hospitable, but the demanding tone of the texts and the extra charge leaves me not wanting to visit this hotel again.

This was our first time staying at Inn at the Shore, and we were met with such friendliness from our very first call when we were simply inquiring about a room. Joann was incredibly friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person during check-in. Our room was great. We were traveling with two dogs and were especially happy to have a ground-level room. The thoughtful basket with dog sheets, towels, bowls, and treats was such a nice touch and very much appreciated! The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the property was well maintained. We also appreciated the personal touches throughout our stay. We received check-ins by email and in person the following morning to make sure we had everything we needed. We ultimately decided to leave a day early to avoid driving home ahead of an approaching storm. Andrew was extremely helpful and accommodating in assisting us with our early checkout. We would definitely stay at Inn at the Shore again and would happily recommend it to others, especially those traveling with dogs!

Our room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator, so be prepared. We had an ocean beach view with a balcony with chairs. Short walk to the beach, like 100 yards. There is an outside shower to get any sand off of you before returning to your rooms.

The two staff members we met were very nice. My BFF flew in from Minneapolis so we could have a girl's trip to the beach. We were there for two nights. We appreciated the "space" , as we had a two bedroom suite. The beds were nice, clean, and comfortable . The view was nice. However, they need to do a deep clean of the room! There was black stuff on the white trim throughout the room. The balcony glass was filthy, and had what looked like black mold along the top and bottom. We went barefoot for about an hour before bed. The bottoms of our feet were black! So we wore shoes from then on. I would suggest that they add a body wash to the samples they have in the bathroom. Also a note pad and pen would be handy! They offer free movies in the office to view in the room which is nice. I will look for another place to stay next time

Amazing location next to beach. Balcony - an added plus as well as a toaster, some crockery and cutlery to make eating in your room possible. Unfortunately their wifi was unreliable at times. I did not like their $100 fine if you leave your dogs in your room unattended - have not come across that policy before.
