We had a wonderful stay at Inn at the Shore! The location was fantastic; at the south end of Seaside, merely steps from the beach. It was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and they even had treats for our dog! We will be back.

While the stay itself was fine, I was extremely disappointed to be hit with $100 in arbitrary post-stay charges. We traveled with two small dogs and proactively paid the $60 pet fee. Despite only being in the room for 12 hours, the hotel charged us an additional $100, claiming they "couldn't get dog hair out" of a blanket. As a long-time dog owner, I find it hard to believe a standard professional laundering wouldn't suffice—especially when a pet fee was already collected to cover extra cleaning. More concerningly, they claimed we took a blanket from a drawer. We absolutely did not take anything from the room. These accusations feel like a predatory way to inflate the bill. I would caution pet owners and travelers alike to document everything before checking out of this property

The location is perfect. It's on the promenade but not in the busiest part. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was really nice, as well as the fireplace. I love how dog friendly the hotel is. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and nice amenaties in the room. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The room was great! I wish the fireplace had a thermostat and I know that’s something tiny and picky, but I love having it on, but it gets hot really quickly and then you have to open the door to mitigate. The bed was super comfortable, everything was really clean. Loved the little touch of a bag of Christmas candy on the desk. Hotels need smart TVs now! That was one of our biggest bummer. We had to watch Netflix on my computer. I know I know, again, kind of picky. But we are coming into the age where people typically don’t just watch cable anymore. Love the location! You could walk right down to the beach. That’s the best part of this hotel. The bathtub was touted as Jacuzzi, but it was smaller and older… Needs to be bigger and be upgraded at some point. It was definitely not one that I would turn on the jets!

The room was extremely hot and we were unable to adjust it to cool it off. We ended up opening the sliding glass doors and leaving them open most of the night because it was so hot - and it was the end of November so it was cold outside. The TV did not work. One of the pieces of flooring was lifted in the middle of the floor and I stepped on it in the middle of the night. It did not cut me thank goodness but it hurt and left a mark.

Easily our favorite spot to stay on the Oregon Coast. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, water pressure is great, and that’s all before you see the magnificent view!

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms (had 2 bedroom suite) were very clean and even more spacious than expected (though a bit sad that second bedroom's window was to the walkway/hallway where other guests walk right by). View from one bedroom and from living room was excellent. Loved that there were complimentary bikes to use.

The view from our Balcony was stunning! We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Pros - The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. The room was in great shape and a box fan was provided which helped keep the outside noises down. Extra blankets and pillows were stocked in the dresser. Anything you needed to make your morning coffee or reheat a meal from in town was provided in room. The jetted tubs was very clean and relaxing! Cons- Breakfast was not provided. The room needed a good dusting for all items attached to a wall. The bed was hard, yet you also sunk into it. Beware, if your bones already pop when getting out of bed, then your bones will pop when you move around on the bed after a couple hours of laying down. I'm sure if we were younger, it wouldn't have been as bad. Finally, expect a climb up stairs for your beatiful view.

A great little place to stay - within a 3-minute walk to the beach and located right on the "Prom" walk (which is well lit at night!) A 5-minute drive to get to downtown and all the shops. The room was clean and comfortable - I loved the view of the beach and the gas fireplace in the room. Very pet friendly. It was perfect for my overnight stay...if you are looking for a great location near to the beach and shopping and if you don't care about a pool, spa or gym on site, this is a great option! There are several dining options within a short drive.
