Wir wurden wegen Überbuchung in ein anderes Hotel "verlegt". Es handelte sich um eine Suite in der wir zu dritt nächtigen sollten und nicht mehr um 2 Doppelzimmer. Preislich kam man uns nicht entgegen, wir sollten genauso viel zahlen, wie für 2 Doppelzimmer. In das neue Hotel kamen wir nicht rein, hätten erst den vollen Preis zahlen müssen. Also ab ins "alte" samt Gepäck. Mit 30€ kam man uns "entgegen", der Mitarbeiter war aber sehr nett. Notgedrungen nahmen wir die Suite, also wieder zurück. Der Eincheck lief über ein Terminal. Das klappte. Die Suite bestand aus einem Doppelbett, einer Ausziehcoach und 2 Zustellbetten. Die Betten waren ok. Leider fehlte eine Sitzmöglichkeit und vielleichtein kleiner Tisch. Das Bad war auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und recht neu. Wenn man es pflegen würde, auch in einem guten Zustand. Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber, der Duschvorhang schimmelig, Haare in der Dusche und der Föhn funktionierte nicht. Die Aussicht auf die Reeperbahn wäre toll, wenn man die Fenster mal putzen würde. Man konnte überhaupt nicht durch gucken. Fenster öffnen wäre natürlich möglich, aber darum ging es ja nicht. Wir haben zwar gut geschlafen, wurden aber durch die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn früh wach, da die Suiten lediglich durch eine Zimmertür getrennt waren. Wie sich später herausstellte, war diese Tür noch nicht einmal abgeschlossen!

There was a dirty wet towel on the inside door handle. Not a great first impression. Also, I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a receptionist. I was tired and had to fill out a form on the touch screen which took some time and effort.
This is the wet dirty towel that greeted me as my first impression! Otherwise the room seemed clean enough.

Der Check-In verlief total unpersönlich über einen Automaten am Eingang. Das Bad war okay, allerdings fehlte im Waschbecken der Abflussdeckel. Der Innengriff der Duschtür war total locker. Nachts hat man komisch tiefe Geräusche gehört, die man nicht zuordnen konnte. Über das Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte und auch sonst kein Personal im Hotel angetroffen habe.

Das Zimmer war ansich sauber, aber sowohl das Hotelzimmer als auch das gesamte Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber es gab sehr wenig Auswahl. Trotzdem für den Preis bei der guten Lage (nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur Reeperbahn) kann man definitiv nicht meckern. Ist aber wirklich eher was für Leute die sich die Stadt angucken wollen, und das Hotel nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigen.

Broken useless wifi, unhelpful staff

Absolutely abysmal experience. Had no internet the entire stay even though it was advertised as having it. Just like every hotel since 2005 should, never mind 2025! I brought 4 devices most of which I could not use as intended due to no connection. I paid for 7 nights in a room with internet, I did not receive that. When you bring it up with staff they couldn't care less. They either ignore you, imply that it's your fault, or just shrug it off and don't offer to look into it all. I'm a network engineer so I know what I'm talking about when I say a network has a problem. Completely unacceptable. Stay away from this place and it's lazy and patronising staff. Bonus problem: They're also too lazy to even check you in, they make you use a stupid wall-mounted touchscreen machine which doesn't even work right to re-enter all the same details you gave when you booked your stay. It takes a few minutes and feels like an eternity when you have to keep your arm raised high to type. Extra bonus: In the middle of entering everything it randomly just reset my progress and went back to the beginning!

Hård seng, ringe service (indtjekningen fungerede ikke så der skulle tilkaldes én. Hun var ikke særlig servicemindet), døren til brusenichen kunne ikke lukke, ingen natborde, dårlig parkeringsmuligheder for handikappede foran hotellet.
