2/10 Terrible

Oh where do I start. This used to be our favorite hotel when visiting family in Phoenix. Well that just took a big turn. This place is so dirty and unsafe that I would not recommend to anyone with family.
Enrique, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Check-in was little bit slow. But that's because they worked extremely busy
LeaAnne, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Liked the spacious rooms with the low cost amount but the new mamangment is much to be desired and need a lot of training in various aspects. The so called "Owner" needs a complete overhaul on how to Manage a hotel/Motel as well as how they soeak and treat their guests. Allen is also an avid fan of recreational meth use. Which takes his disrespectful, snobby, and crabby attitude against the patrons of the facility to an all time high.
Jonathon, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Nice room. Unable to hook up to wifi due to limited availability.
Patrick, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Needs updated look old 90s decor is not what in.

8/10 Good

We had a reservation, but yet the room was not ready for us.
LeaAnne, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The room had not been vacuumed so I left immediately and I would like my money returned.
Trudy, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

When we arrived people were blocking the entrance and they had security out front trying to remove them. When we registered they said our room was on the fourth floor. I told them I asked for ground floor, I have heart disease and my husband has a knee that needs to be replaced. Then they told me there is nothing we can do and the elevators are out all over the hotel but one works. It was nowhere near our room. People partying with open doors, people hanging out everywhere that aren’t guests. I have a dog and people were allowed to let their dogs poop everywhere. We found out they are in the process of changing this hotel into apartments most people are permanent tenants. So complaints of any kind fall back on the tenants live here full time. We went to Phoenix to see a heart specialist who was amazing but the motel employees didn’t help my health condition at all. Do not recommend this motel!
Daniel, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The property was nice, but the elevators were not working and we were put on the 4th floor and we're not told the elevators didn't work.I am a senior citizen with lung cancer and the climb of the stairs was too much
LeaAnne, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The staff was very nice but the surrounding area was not very nice. It seemed unsafe. The unit was roomy but a little worn. Only one elevator worked. We were on the 4th floor so the elevator was important. One of the other units had a broken window and there was glass over the walkway. It was not cleaned up in the two days we stayed there.
Jeanette, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The pool was nice and very clean. Lots of obvious shady stuff going on in and out. Would be fine for a young person in their 20s who likes to party. Not for me and my kids. Felt really unsafe. No shampoo or anything provided. No wifi even though they say they have wifi. No mini cooking kitchen even though it said that it had it available in the room I picked. Just wasn't what I we wanted at all. But the staff was nice. Floors were filthy in the rooms. Didn't see a roach till the last day but I know they are very common in Phoenix so I was surprised I didn't see more honestly.
kelsy, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Fix it up and seedy guests need to be weeded out.

Motel 6 Corporate needs to support this place seriously. Also they need security there. It needs new carpet as the old carpet is nasty. New furniture as the couch was very uncomfortable for sitting. The beds were uncomfortable The other furniture was fine The phones dont work. People have smoked in the elevators. I saw people smoking in the rooms with the door open. Many of the "guests" I wanted to keep my distance from as they made me uncomfortable. The trees and landscaping need a more professional crew. Lots of work needed and the team there need more support from Motel 6 Corporate.
