The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it would be fun for families. The breakfast is adequate but not impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s not the most impressive hotel at the moment but I did enjoy my stay and the price was right.

They've Got a Ways to Go...

I've stayed here a few months ago. It's good. Most rooms have recently been renovated: clean, new fresh bed linen and towels. The bed is comfortable. The property is still pretty rough, but underway. Nice variety on the free breakfast offerings.

Hotel was in general disrepair. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Eggs, sausage, potatoes seemed to have been recycled from the day before. Overall fine experience for the cost.

This hotel was a Ramada ! I stayed here two weeks ago and its name was and is Clarion ! Lansing Delta west does not exist! I would not have booked this hotel if I had known it was the Clarion !
